Governance and independence

Independent by design.

CCMDS is an independent civic initiative. It does not represent any employer, university, healthcare institution, professional society, regulator or political organisation.

Current structure

CCMDS originated from the direct regulatory experience of an anonymous medical-dental professional and is presently organised as an independent public-interest initiative focused on medical and dental professional regulation in India.

Its governance structure may expand as participation grows, including advisory, editorial, legal, data-protection and case-review functions.

Institutional separation

CCMDS does not represent the views of any member or volunteer’s employer, university, healthcare institution, professional society or regulatory authority.

Participation is undertaken solely in a personal civic capacity. Institutional titles, logos, systems or resources must not be used to imply endorsement.

Governance commitments

Scope of advocacy

It does not address Singapore employment, institutional or regulatory matters unless expressly stated.
