Campaigns

Specific demands. Measurable outcomes.

Each campaign should have an evidence base, responsible institution, defined ask and public progress tracker.

Campaign 01

Give Us a Date

Demand: Every pending matter should have a responsible officer and decision date.

Not “soon.” Not “under process.” Give us a date.

Campaign 02

Reasons, Not Rejections

Demand: Complete written reasons for every adverse decision, including the rule, evidence and appeal route.

A decision without reasons is an instruction to suffer quietly.

Campaign 03

One Rule, One Meaning

Demand: Published clarification and consistent national interpretation of comparable cases.

A regulation cannot mean Monday in one office and Friday in another.

Campaign 04

Secure Records, Safe Patients

Demand: Proportionate evidence requests and secure transfer of sensitive information.

Accountability must not require a confidentiality breach.

Campaign 05

Hear Before You Harm

Demand: Notice, disclosure and meaningful opportunity to respond before career-altering decisions.

First hear the professional. Then decide the case.

Campaign rule

Patient safety comes first

CCMDS action must never block ambulances, emergency access or essential patient care. The movement targets administrative failures, not patients.
