The founder of CCMDS is a medical-dental professional who discovered that qualifications may be recognised by universities, patients and employers long before they are recognised by a file moving between departments.
A professional profile, according to the system

Years of professional training did not include modules on unanswered emails, contradictory instructions, missing files or rules that acquire new meanings without notice.
The turning point
When a personal problem became a public question
The founder’s experience was not treated as proof that every regulator acts unfairly or that every delay is deliberate. It raised a more important question: how many professionals face similar problems without visibility, support or a credible route to challenge administrative failure?
CCMDS was created to convert private frustration into documented patterns, lawful representation and demands that can be measured.
What remains private
The founder’s name, employer, institutional affiliations and personal identifiers are not displayed.
This is intended to preserve professional independence, avoid attribution to any employer or institution, and keep attention on the issues rather than the individual.
Anonymous does not mean unaccountable: CCMDS will still apply evidence standards, corrections, right of reply, privacy safeguards and legal review.
Founding principle
The movement is personal in origin, but public in purpose.
CCMDS does not exist to settle a private score. It exists to ask why medical and dental professionals are expected to demonstrate accountability at every stage while regulatory systems may operate without clear timelines, consistent interpretation or meaningful responsibility for delay.
